Description

(bottle) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a persistent foamy white medium-sized head. Slightly sweet and yeasty, citrus-fruity hoppy aroma. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Herbal hops accented taste, slightly citrousy on a mildly malty base; dryish bitter-sweet herbal hoppy finish. A decent kind of a Keller-Pils.

Bottle from Landbierparadies, Nurnberg. Slightly cloudy gold with a decent off-white head. Grassy hop and red fruit aroma. Flavour was a bit subdued - some fruity malt and a decent dry finish. Not my favourite Kellerbier.

Pale gold with just a hint at a greenish shine; good just off-white head. Quite gRassy and gassy nose, decaying mowed grass and wet malts. Soft-sweet pale malts taste. Grains, even chaff, and faint milky, as milkripe wheat kernels. Retronasal again essentialy grassy, with a hint of almonds. Light, not empty, but all the same very discreet palate. Rather uninteresting Kellerbier. Probably many times better on draught - however, Jezz’ rating...
