Description
At Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri they produce craft beer and fruity sodas. The point of everything the brewery produce has always been to create great taste and interesting flavours using whatever is necessary to achieve these goals.
A big part of what they do is experimenting. The brewery are constantly engaged with trying out new flavours and creating new tastes for future products. Before being launched, all of their products have been through a testing period where they refine the taste and flavour, making sure that everything is just right.

Bottled. A hazy brown-orange beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has strong notes of spices - some odd ones including licorice root, combined with medium notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and spices combined with a light edge of something burnt.

clear amber, smooth offwhite head. nice english style caramelly, malty and bitterhoppy aroma.faint flowery note from the hops. faint note of alcohol. flavor is bitterhoppy, a little citric, faint caramelly. faint malty. ends mild bitterhoppy and feels dry. the faint citric note is probably a very very light infection. however the bottle is best before 090909 and it is one year later than that now. The citric note blends in with the flowery notes and is almost refreshing.

Bottle. clear red amber, smooth light brown head. slightly grassy bitter hoppy aroma, malts, dry caramel.like a traditional ale with some american hops thrown in. flavor is slightly spicy sourish, sweet dry caramelly, flowery hoppy, ends with a good dose of malty bitterness.. Not sure if the slight sourness is intended, but it do make the beer more interesting, it is a sort of smooth velvety sourness that matches the other flavors well.
