On tap. Pours a cloudy and opaque yellow with a white head. Very perfumy coriander nose. Medium body, fruity and citrusy ending with a dry yeasty touch. A very decent Wit. 040910

Bottled. A black beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of both sweet and roasted malt as well as lighter notes of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt, caramel, and soy sauce, leading to a dry and roasted finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with some sediment floating around under a thick orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as some stinging hops that also lends it some perfume. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and perfumy hops.
