Description
At Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri they produce craft beer and fruity sodas. The point of everything the brewery produce has always been to create great taste and interesting flavours using whatever is necessary to achieve these goals.

A big part of what they do is experimenting. The brewery are constantly engaged with trying out new flavours and creating new tastes for future products. Before being launched, all of their products have been through a testing period where they refine the taste and flavour, making sure that everything is just right.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt as well as lighter notes of caramel and plastic. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and plastic.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of burnt plastic and berries. The flavor is sweet with notes of plastic and fruits.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and phenols. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and ligter notes of phenols, leading to a dry and bready finish.

Bottle @ Cervezageek - smagning, Odense. Pours dark amber with a small creamy head. Ashy, fruity and hoppy nose. Apple, dust and rubber with quite a lot of bread and caramel. Grass and grain. Smooth, crisp and dry. Ok hoppy English IPA.

Bottle @ RBESG 09 Shefield ... Hazy copper ... light fruit nose ... sweet fruity toffee hop .. little pine and floral.

Amber with a small off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma with weak fruity notes. Sweet toffee and chocolate flavour with a medium bitter finish.

Hazy yellow with a tiny off white head. Aroma had peaches, pine and hoppy notes. Flavour was hoppy with pine, malt and caramel notes. Finished bitter.

60 cL bottle, bryg nr 50 as ESB. Pours hazy dark orange with a small tan head. Aroma is mild citrusy hops and roasted malt aroma. Smooth malty, caramel and roasted. Bitter and dry malt flavoured finish. Last roasted malt flavoured into the far finish.6-3-6-3-13=3.1

Bottle 63 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Fresh, citrusy nose. Medium body, dry citrusy fruit. Finishes dry with a subdued bitterness. 130809
