Description
At Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri they produce craft beer and fruity sodas. The point of everything the brewery produce has always been to create great taste and interesting flavours using whatever is necessary to achieve these goals.

A big part of what they do is experimenting. The brewery are constantly engaged with trying out new flavours and creating new tastes for future products. Before being launched, all of their products have been through a testing period where they refine the taste and flavour, making sure that everything is just right.

63 cL bottle, bryg nr 72. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy and light perfumed. Fruity and crisp bitter flavoured. Thin bodied. Bitter and crisp hoppy flavoured finish.

63 cL bottle, bryg nr 67. Pours hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild roasted caramel and slight breadish. Mild citrusy fruity flavoured. Bitter and nice malt flavoured into the finish. Ends crisp bitter and slight citrusy.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a small off-white to orange head. Aroma is spiced to herbal hoppy English hops. Mild citrusy, spiced and herbal flavoured. Citric, bitter and dry malty flavoured. Good malt presence to a solid English hops bitterness.

Draught @ Ølfestival Valby - CBF09, Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, nutty, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090516]

Hazy golden with a medium off white head. sweet malty aroma with hops and caramel notes. Flavour had hops, malt, lemons and piney notes. Finished bitter.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma had fruits, hops and malty notes. Flavour was sweet and malty with floral hops and lemons. Finished bitter.

Bottle. Frothy ogg-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter strange flavor. Watery palate. Not very good.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter grassy flavor. Average nice bitter finish. Creamy palate. Very good IPA.
