Schöne orange Farbe, gute Menge Hefe. Schaum nicht extrem viel, aber ganz wunderbar cremig. Fruchtig und recht aromatisch. Apfel, Birne, Quitte, Rhabarber, Zitronensaft und Zitronenschale und auch ein paar Kräuter die ich nicht kenne. Hopfen ganz klar erkennbar, bleibt aber in dem Rahmen den man bei einem bayerischen Weißbier erwartet. An sich ist das Bier schön weich, trotzdem hat man ein ganz leicht kratziges Gefühl am Gaumen. Vielleicht doch etwas zu säurebetont. Geschmacklich fällt das nicht auf. Da ist es einfach nur interessant und lecker. Und dass die Zutaten aus biologischen Anbau sind ist ebenfalls natürlich hoch sympathisch.

Cloudy, amber color and a nice white head. Yeasty-malty nose, decent herbal, honey. Taste follows the nose, caramel, slightly boozy.
