Description
DEUTSCHES BIERHANDWERK. UNANGEPASST.

330 ml bottle from Biergreissler, bb 28.12.17
Straw colored, moderate hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of grass, grains, herbs, flowers, citrus, some vegetables.
Tastes similar, not too fresh, with some vegetables.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes moderate bitter, floral, herbal, a bit piney, a bit grainy.

Maybe there's something wrong with my bottle. Tastes thin, not as hoppy as expected and with some off-notes. Will try to rerate when I get a different bottle.

Fläschchen: Golden, hazy, small and lacy white head; freshly mowed grass in the slightly bitter and fruity nose; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied and a bit tart; shorter flowery-fruity bitter-sweet finish. Not really necessary...

Hell hefiger, wenig süßer Antrunk. Weiche Herbe, spritzig, zunehmend hopfig, gleichzeitig auch bananiger werdend, ohne aber zu süß zu sein. Süffig, hefig, nett. 11/10/10/10/9/10

0.33 l bottle from ’denn’s Biomarkt’ (Gevelsberg), best before December 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, floral, fruity and slightly grassy aroma of fresh grass, pineapple and lemon. Slightly sweetish, floral, quite fruity-grassy taste of fresh grass, pineapple and lemon peel with a touch of residual malty sweetness, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather grassy and quite dry finish. Medium body, very smooth and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Good Lager!

Bottle( Many thanks to Stockingen!): Pale golden, hazy, small persistent white creamy head; mildly flowery to grassy hoppy nose, molecular traces of pale malt well detectable; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, very soft; slightly lingering flowery-hoppy finish with a few nuggets of balancing pale malt. Really a pleasant and frisch one...

Fläschle (Danke Stockach!): Pale golden to golden, a bit unclear, mid-sized stable white lacy head; perfumed nose of exotic fruits and floral hops, some pale malt in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, creamy MF; lingering sweet-bitter finish with exotic fruits and a floral bitterness. Well balanced, well made, but too perfumed! Overrated IMHO...
