Description
DEUTSCHES BIERHANDWERK. UNANGEPASST.

Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a slightly prickly carbonation. Dry-ish wheat character with mineralic notes, backed by mildly fruity, slightly spicy and grassy hops, including hints of citrus, oranges and tangerines; slightly bitter hoppy finish with lasting wheaty and fruity notes. Nicely hopped Weizen. 17.VI.17

Fläschle (Danke Stockach!): Pale golden to golden, a bit unclear, mid-sized stable white lacy head; perfumed nose of exotic fruits and floral hops, some pale malt in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, creamy MF; lingering sweet-bitter finish with exotic fruits and a floral bitterness. Well balanced, well made, but too perfumed! Overrated IMHO...

Bottle from ErlangerNick thanks my friend. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Tasty lager malts in the mouth light but pleasant after a morning chopping f***ing wood. Not much aroma. Light lemon finish. Utterly drinkable when gagging for a beer.

Bottle: Golden, cloudy, small creamy off-white head; sourish-sweetish yeasty-fruity nose ; wheat and floral hops in the background, presumably traces of cinnamon; moderate dryish sourish flavour with a secret bitterness, medium bodied, a bit fizzy; mild hoppy traces in the wheaty-fruity finish. Nice and well drinkable...

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is mint, hops, melisse, some green apple. Taste is sweet green apple, some starch and bitter hops. Medium drinkable, herbal bitter aftertaste. A bit too herbal for me. Overall decent.
