A hazy dark golden beer with beige head. Aroma of phenols, decent banana and sweet wheat malt. Taste of mild sweet banana, bread, sweetish wheat malt. Okay.

A clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grainy malt, cereals, corn. Taste of mid sweet grainy and breadish malt, corn, spicy hops.

Had this at the brewery, Erlangen Friday 1st December 2023 in the company of Baz and Jude. Pours light amber with a large white head, some malty sweetness, served very cold, nice little chewiness, very simple but more'ish'.

Bottle picked up from the brewery last weekend, Erlangen. Saturday 17th June 2023 listening to Ditz. Pours light hazy yellow with a white head. Nice helles, a little sweetness but also a tang and some dryness and a fruity bite, malty and very decent.

Bottle picked up from the brewery last weekend, Erlangen. Saturday 17th June 2023 listening to Ditz. There a little sweetness, in colour this is gold/orange with a large white head, ticks all the Hefe Weisse boxes, thoroughly enjoyed this.

On tap at the Brewpub, Erlangen, Saturday 10th June 2023. Pours hazy dark amber with a white head. Nice softness, a little vanilla toffee combination, good carbonation, very easy drinking, not sure that it's a dunkel Weisse but that's what I was told. Like this.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is bananas, fresh yeast, mineralic, straw. Taste is bananas, caramel, peach jam. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Very tasty Weizenbock!
