300ml bottle from Japan Centre. Clear very pale yellow colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rice, fruity, bready hint. Taste is sweet, rice, fruity, floral, cherry hint, caramel, with some earthy boozy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Drank at room temperature. The consistency of the liquid is clear. The color is a hint of yellow. The olfactory intensity is normal, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas find impressions of melon, coconut, spring water and pepper. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of robust and solid sake but not particularly powerful. The aroma on the tongue is slightly dry. The body is full.
