--Bottled. -- Clear and almost colourless, just a faint yellow tone. Mild fruity nose with some licorice and and honeydew. Mid sweet with medium body and gentle mouthfeel. Honedey and grainy aniseed. Interesting and pleasant sake with warming finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear very pale yellow tinge, afew shorrt-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rice, fruit, melon. Taste is sweet, rice, fruity, spicy hints, with booze notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carcbonation, warm boozy finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample @ Fonefan tasting. Clear as water without head. Aroma is sweet, rice, fruity and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with lots of warming alcohol. One of the better sakes I’ve had. 301124

26/10/2024. Bottle bought at Sumiyoshi Liquor Hakata Deitosu. Region #475. Japanese Prefecture 46/47. Super fruity aroma, pineapple cubes, melon, stone fruits, midget gems, hubbabubba bubblegum, touch of vanilla. Quite sweet with mild bitterness. Medium body, smooth, no carbonation. Light alcohol warmth to finish. Sweet fruity sake we really liked, and the first one Mrs B approved of.

Hiyaoroshi version, taster at Jam. Rich and fruity nose. flavor is bubblegum, esters, interesting fruits. Good but a bit too sweet.

Taster at Jam. Very fruity nose, light spices, peach, cantalope, pineapple. Oily, ice appearance. Spicy sweet flavor, apples. Oily, full body.
