Looks like yellow water. Aroma is slightly rotten apple with some sweet summery things. Taste is slight sulfuric quite dry funky yeast. Quite alcoholic. The yeast killed it.

Bottle. Transparent yellow-ish color with no head. Aroma is apples, custard, vanilla, cheese funk. Taste is dry apple skin, funky, a touch leathery. Extremely dry finish. Mouthfeel is oily, but also a bit watery, with very low carbonation. Interesting, almost like a white wine.

Pale yellow. Light phenolic apple and pear aroma, a bit moppy/cheeselike. Medium light, bonedry mouthfeel. Spices (vanilla, kurkuma) on a dry applepeel and pear kernel base, quick whitevine finish. Apple retronasal.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color with small white head. Aroma is apple skin, dusty, mealy. Taste is dusty, apple skin, mineraly. Just a hint of natural carbonation. Nice enough!
