Hazy pale yellow with a large off white head. Dry and yeasty aroma with brett and malt. Flavor was bone dry with plenty of brett, leather and lemon. Finished dry and slightly bitter from the hops.

Hazy mahogany with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and chocolate. Flavor was fairly dry with roasted malt, caramel and hoppy notes. Finished dry and slightly bitter.

33 cL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry phenolic and sharp yeasty. Malty and yeasty. Dry phenolic. Mild fruity.

Bottled. An unclear yeloow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of lemon, wheat, and a bit of vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, wheat, and straw, leading to a dry lemony finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy and opaque golden with a white head. The nose has some fruit and Belgian yeast. Solid body, overripe fruit and some rather aggressive and unpleasant phenols that spoil most of the fun. Some alcohol in the finish. 250810

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Comes as "Docteur Gab’s Brassin d’été Lag" at 5% ABV. Pours a cloudy golden with a frothy and almost violent shaving foam style white head. The nose is dry and astringent, leathery and Bretty. Light body, dry and astringent fruitiness with some Brett. Ends very dry. 250810

Bottled. A hazy brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, nuts, and some spices leading to a dry nutty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
