A clear deep golden beer, no head. Aroma of intense lime, citra, pale malt. Taste of lime, tart fruits pale malt, not too sweet.

Leicht pappiger Beginn. Mild süß-säuerlich, minimal herb, eher trocken, erkennbar nach Limette, langweilig. Trinkbar. 8/7/9/7/8/7

Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. Cloudy orange body with a small white head. Aroma is malty with quite much oak, hint of vanilla, dry fruit with a little vinous alcohol. Flavor is smooth malt, slightly toffee, lots of wood, some dry fruit and red berries, grapes, moderate bitter and vinous alcohol. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice and smooth, perhaps a bit too much wood but still a nice one.

Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. The very last beer sampled late in the evening, but this one really exited me, had it tree times. Dark body with a moderate sized beige head. Nice aroma of roasted dark malt, coffee, dark chocolate, dry fruit and some warming alcohol. Flavor is everything from the aroma, balanced bitter and super smooth. Fine body and a long lasting, smooth and warming aftertaste. Highly enjoyable.

Malzig, recht süss. Find ich aber nicht schlecht.
