Tap at Unterländer Biertage 2016. Super strong vanilla aroma, nothing else. Medium body with a rather crisp carbonation, killing almost everything. Short palate with another spike of vanilla. Works, but is clearly overcarbonated.

At CBF Rapperswil. Hazy yellow-orange color with white head. Bananas, some spices. Quite heavy for a Wit, spicy, yeasty. Okay.

Trockener, zitrusartiger Hopfenantrunk. Voluminöser im Mittelteil, mild herb erst zum Ende wird dies intensiver. Getreidig, runde Würzigkeit. Weich bitterer Nachgeschmack mit konstanter Hopfigkeit. 10/12/11/11/11/11

Malziger, dunkel würziger Antrunk mit Noten von Kaffee und Schokolade. Zum Teil sind Alkoholnoten vorhanden, wenig bitter. Vollmundig, die Karbonisierung ist einen Ticken zu stark. Gut! 11/12/10/11/11/11

Leicht trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch leicht harzig, würzig hopfig, bitter. Geschmack sehr hopfig bitter, harzig, reife Früchte.
