Bottle. Clear yellow-golden, smaller foamy white head, slowly settling. Nice and mild grape nose, sweet feeling. Starts gently soury, a bit of bitterness and quite tart in the finish. Lasting afteratste. lighter body. Quite vinous, though not soury. Not abd at all.

25/11/2021. Sample courtesy of MarkoNm. Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma is grassy, hops, grain, stone fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness which is just a little harsh. Moderate body, watery oily texture, soft carbonation. Was ok until that bit of harshness developed.

Tap, Hiša Polonka. Almost black, large and very asting beige head, creamy. Gentle malty nose, slight roasted note, some grassiness, later some more noticeable chocolate. Medium bitterness, grassy and peppery. Gentle roasted feeling with very mild chocolate sweetness. Grassy aftertaste, lasting. Medium light body. Proper, simple and nice.

Pitch black, larger beige head, nicely lasting. Modeate coffee nose, some nuts and a hint of chocolate. Medium bitterness, some sweetness to it as well. Coffee takes over, lasting aftertaste. Medium body. Nice coffee balance - noticeable, but not overwhelming.

Tap, Hiša Polonka. Pretty hazy pale yellow, medium, creamy and lasting white head. Gentle grassy nose, some wet grains. Medium spicy start, medium bitterness and very dry. Lasting aftertaste. Solid and very sharp herbal character and gaining in intensity. Lighter body. Too sharp for my taste.

Tap, Hiša Polonka. Very hazy golden orange, smaller white head, nonlasting. Medium fruity nose, bananas, citruses, grapefruits. Gently sweet, pleasantly citrusy, slightly spicy. Light and fresh. Nice citrus driven weizen.

Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, above average carbonation. Bitter, malty, fizzy finish. Ok.
