Draft at the Hisa Polonka popup in Ljubljana. Clear yellow color white head. Aroma of hay and white pepper. Taste is bitter and peppery. Nice one

Bottle at a Hiša Polonka pop up in Ljubljana. Crystal clear bright yellow color white head that settles quickly. Aroma of peach and apricot soaked in white wine, dust, light cobwebs, flowers. Taste has soft vinous sourness, light funk, tannins. Nicely balanced and delicious.

Bottle at Jaz, poured by the brewer's daughter Eva. Clearish deep golden color white head. Aroma of mixed stonefruit. Taste is bittersweet summer fruit. Tasty.

Bottle at Jaz served by the brewer's daughter, chers. Hazy golden orange color large fluffy white head. Nice mixed citrus and stonefruit aroma. Taste is fruity an lightly bitter. Easy drinking.

3/2/2023. Bottle shared by MarkoNm, cheers. Pours clear dark golden amber with minimal head. Aroma of sweet grape, apple, caramel. Moderate sweetness, light sourness. moderate body, oily, low carbonation. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Clear yellow-golden, smaller foamy white head, slowly settling. Nice and mild grape nose, sweet feeling. Starts gently soury, a bit of bitterness and quite tart in the finish. Lasting afteratste. lighter body. Quite vinous, though not soury. Not abd at all.

25/11/2021. Sample courtesy of MarkoNm. Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma is grassy, hops, grain, stone fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness which is just a little harsh. Moderate body, watery oily texture, soft carbonation. Was ok until that bit of harshness developed.

Tap, Hiša Polonka. Almost black, large and very asting beige head, creamy. Gentle malty nose, slight roasted note, some grassiness, later some more noticeable chocolate. Medium bitterness, grassy and peppery. Gentle roasted feeling with very mild chocolate sweetness. Grassy aftertaste, lasting. Medium light body. Proper, simple and nice.

Pitch black, larger beige head, nicely lasting. Modeate coffee nose, some nuts and a hint of chocolate. Medium bitterness, some sweetness to it as well. Coffee takes over, lasting aftertaste. Medium body. Nice coffee balance - noticeable, but not overwhelming.
