Pours a quite intense light orange with golden hints through light, moderate haziness but actually quite hazy for the style. Medium sized, quite fluffy white head; good retention, little lacing. Quite good intensity in the aroma: a nice sweet malty profile with a very light dough-like base followed by biscuity, perhaps slightly caramelly malts, a vivid honey note, light apple-like fruity hints, perhaps a hint of spiciness. Very interesting aroma. Taste notes follow the aroma relatively closely. Nicely deep malty base: a bit of dough-like foundation, sweet biscuity malts, strong and deep honey notes, a background of apple-like frutiness and indeed a spicy hint (can't pick something specific). Medium sweetness, quite low bitterness; definitely on the sweet side in the overall balance but always pleasantly so (clean, soft sweetness). Decently dry and clean finish/aftertaste with a fruity reminiscence. Light to medium body, average, soft carbonation, resulting in a pleasant semi-smooth, semi-soft mouthfeel; feels overall a bit fuller than it's 4.5% abv. Overall impression: lovely sweet kellerbier.

Bottle from Meibier. Aroma is grainy malt with bready notes, light mineral, straw, hint of caramel. Some herbal/floral-ish hop. Flavour is light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. Pretty great Keller, lots of malt action with a unique noble hop twist.
