Unsere Biere werden nach dem deutschen Reinheitsgebot und mit bestem Tettnanger Aromahopfen gebraut. Sie sind vollkommen naturbelassen und unfiltriert, wie unser Braumeister versichert. Zu unseren Stammsorten gehören Kellerpils, Hefeweizen und unser Spezial. Saisonal gibt es Maibock, Nikolausbock und vieles mehr zu genießen. Die Unterschiede lassen sich am besten vor Ort erklären.

On tap at the restaurant, near Kressbonn, Lake Bodenessee, Germany, 14-06-10 Sat drinking this whilst admiring the views looking out across the vineyards and over to Lake Bodenessee. Pours amber with a white bubbly head and very slight haze. This is the least carbonated beer that I’ve had so far in Germany. Quite strong in the mouth, a little sticky, sweet and malty. Bottled (BB 03/2007). Dark honey golden color, small firm white head. Ashy, grassy nose. Grassy, medium-bodied, maybe slightly diacetylic flavor. Tettnanger aromatic hops used here according the bottle. Grassy, malty aftertaste.
