Bottle shared at House of Fergus. Pours clear, very pale yellow with a few bubbles. The nose has rich honey, ripe apples, subtle caramel, some lemon creme. Medium to big sweet flavor with light dried honey, some alcohol, gooey white sugars, stewed apples. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Warm and sticky on the finish, some sticky apple juice, some mellow honey, slight alcohol. Pretty solid. Fairly drinkable.
