Weicher, grasig-herber Beginn. Die angenehme Grasnote bleibt bestehen, sie wird aber durch eine wässrig-malzige Note entkräftet. Süffig, hell, ab dem späten Mittelteil geringfügig bitter. Süßliches Finish. 9/8/9/9/9/9

Not sure what the significance of the "112er" name is..., as it has a fireman’s hat on the label. An ordinary pils with nice color and foamy head, pleasant but faint pilsener taste. Color is straw-like, not clear, with faint carbonation. My guess is a brew for a hot summer’s day, a thirst quencher...if that is the case, it hits the mark.

Pour is a murky brown with a small tan head. Aroma is of black bread and a nice yeast. Flavor is even better with more dark bread with some clove and vanilla. Finish has some roasted nuts with a bit of toffee. Decent but like all of these import beers I’m sure having this at the peak of freshness would do it wonders.
