Yay! Bottled, courtesy of and shared with Mladen, HammerTroll et al. (thanks!). Poured a misty amber-golden body. Aroma... a touch tart, perfumey peachy apple aroma, eh. Sweetish peach/apricot taste, with the sweetness precipitating into cloying territory - low bitterness, insufficient to balance it. The recipe needs tweaking in my opinion.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy deep amber color with medium soapy off-white head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of mild caramel, passion fruit, citrus and melon with mild grainy note. Taste starts with light sweet but rich caramel, follows sour fruity, mouthfeel is mild spicy and warming, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. When I think about Ipanema I get a huge smile on my face, but this one’s astringency is making me faces...

Bottle, 500 ml, shared with Miro. Pours dark orange, off-white head. Hoppy, malty backbone, bit piney. Bitterish finish. Bit watery. Good one.

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy golden color, topped with a medium white head, rocky and slowly settling. Fair lacing. Very nice fruity aroma, citruses, sweet peach, exotic fruits and more. All blending nicely into one with nothing standing out, really. Supported by some mild biscuity malt notes. Taste starts and finishes with very solid hoppy bitterness, fruity character. Background is formed by caramel notes, growing more present but not bothering with the dominant hoppy character. Lasting and mild aftertaste. Fairly light, extra drinkable and perfect session beer.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy dark brown color with large frothy light brown head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, caramel, dark fruits, berries and grass. Taste starts with mild sweet and sour roasted malt, following is even more sour citric with grassy undertone, mouth feel is dry and mild spicy, while finish is moderate bitter. Light to medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Far from being magic, its sourness reminds me more of some failed dunkel...

Pours a slightly hazy amber coppery color, topped with a fairly small and non lasting off-white head, Initial piney aroma is quite strong, but later mellows down and lets the sweet fruits breathe. Caramel-biscuity malt in the backbone. Taste starts with quite noticeable biscuity malt, later on some gentle sweet fruits come into play. Moderate bitterness, actually quite gentle for double IPA. On the other hand, after taste is pretty bittery and very lasting. Some presence of alcohol. A bit different and interesting.

Taste starts with light sweet caramel and grainy note, following is herbal, grassy and mild fruity, while finish is moderate bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Not really interesting...

Pours a deep black color, topped with a lasting and huge beige cream head. Aroma is easily detectable. A combo of sweet fruity notes and roasty coffee. Roasty takes control later on. Taste is moderately bitter, some roasty notes and a bit of sweet chocolate. Also in the aftertaste. A bit more on the light side of the body. Super drinkable with a tad lower alcohol level.

Bottle, 0.50l. Pours murky dark brown color with medium soapy tan-like head and poor lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, vanilla, licorice and grapefruit. Taste starts light sweet fruity and grainy, follows by roasted malt and dark chocolate with rather dry mouthfeel and mild bitter finish. Light to medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Not really robust, but certainly quaffable, positive surprise for sure...

Bottle, 0.50l, shared with Tomaz. Pours hazy amber orange color with thick soapy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma is weak, but still noticable wheat, clove and banana. Tastes like hefeweizen diluted with lots of water. Light body, thin texture and soft carbonation in palate. Almost tasteless, strange for hefeweizen...
