Intensiv apfeliger Antrunk. Geringe Säure, mit der Zeit süßer werdend. Spritzig, zum Ende etwas trocken. Nett. 9/8/10/8//8

Hazy in the glass, fresh and a bit neutral beginning. The cider starts fruity and a bit watery. Fresh, smooth, fruity and quite dry. Nice ripe apples, fresh, smooth, not too deep. The aftertaste is round and smooth, dry, no tannins, smooth, fruity and easy to drink.

Fruity nose of very ripe apples. A bit sugary. The cider has not much carbonation, starts fresh and fruity with a nice Speierling tartness. Nice tannins, fresh and sour apples. Fruity body with not much water there. Fruity ripe apples in the aftertaste, the Speierling with its sour- and tartness is fully there. Nice and round with hints of a fruity rest-sweetness.

Light golden in colour. The cider has a very fruity nose. It starts quite dry and a bit watery. Not too much flavour. The mainpart is tart-fruity, slightly watery, sour apples, nice and highly drinkable. The aftertaste is medium, a bit watery, fruity-apples.
A bit watery, but ok and easy drinkable. --> 7/12/8/8

Bottle, probably from a Tegut in Marburg. So, this one is unfiltered, let’s see what difference it makes. Misty chalky yellow body with a tiny head. Sweet apple nose, kinda nice, slightly vinuous. Hm, not bad so far. The taste is... damn, dusty, mild appley taste, getting tangy in the end, vague glue, somewhat dusty. Ok at first, this somehow became more and more sour later on as it was open, ending up being less inspiring that it first was. Somehow. Meh. For the price, I shouldn’t complain.

Bottle (1000ml):Golden with a greenish sheen, extremely quickly vanishing white loose head, sulphur and apples in the dryish-tart nose; moderately dry sour-sweet flavour, tartness is present, light bodied; dry and tart sour-fruity finish. Dry and sour, but not so aromatic...

Bottle from Marktkauf, Speyer
The color is blond, very cloudy; while pouring it seems that the carbonation is low. There is a light aroma, a bit fruity and lemony, sour, and, as often for German ciders, also a scent of warm plastic (it reminds me the lights on the Christmas tree). The lack of carbonation improves the mouthfeel; the flavor is anyway quite simple, without clear fruits, and instead a white wine impression, and light acidity. At least, compared to may German ciders, this one doesn’t have all the flaws that the others have.
