Description
Bullfrog Brewery is a proudly independent and multiple award-winning craft microbrewery, brewpub, and eatery nestled comfortably in the vibrant heart of downtown Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Born of fortuitous circumstance and ambitious aspiration, we opened in August of 1996 with a committed 'focal on local' philosophy and a simple yet lofty goal ... to be the place that people need to spend time, to brew beers that people need to have in their life, to offer food that people need to eat, to offer live music that people need to hear, and to be the place that our beloved staff need to work. Bullfrog beers are renowned far and wide, especially our artfully-crafted, barrel-aged wild ales such as Le Roar Grrrz and Rood Bruin. Here at "The Frog," we celebrate life by creating outstanding and memorable beers, food, friendships, and moments.

Golden amber color, cat pee and horse blanket, sour tart nose. Tons of funk. The hops and malt aren’t even present. The mouth is full and malty but the amount of Brett just dominates the entire profile. Some grapefruits, and caramel. Excellent bitterness. Excellent tart dry finish. Wow. Very idocratic. Interesting.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of gn0sis. Pours a clear deep amber with a rough beige head. Tart nose, some sweet vanilla and wood. Medium body, tart fruit, Bretty and again lots of sweetish oak and vanilla. Ends dry and tart but not overly so. Amazing balance. 290311
