Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small and lacing, roughish white head. Lovely floral hop aroma. Medium body, a little rustic, grainy malts with a hint of sulphur and metal and a surprisingly good bitterness. Excellent! 281225

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 19 Aug 2025) Dark reddish brown colour with rocky, beige head. Malty, slightly toasty nose with notes of dark bread, prunes and roasted grain. Malty, roasted taste with dark bread, prunes, toasted grain, brown sugar and a mild grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced and harmonious. Nice one.

Thanks Henrik! Golden colour, small whiute foamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild alcohol sweetness with some herbal and a bit bready tones. Flavour is sweet malts, some bready elements with a bit herbs and some alcohol sweetness. No burning alcohol though. Nice pale Doppelbock.

Med body, lightish carbo. Looks tired by eye. Med body, light carbo, why? Med-light sweetness, light bitter, low sour. Both bananas and clove rather low although present. Feels a bit thin, not bad, but bland, boring. And probably actually tired.

0.5l bottle, thx guys! Clear full golden body, off-whtie head. Caramelly aroma, light alcohol, lean but smooth, okay enough. Lean, dry taste, caramelly, bit fruity, vaguely tart, with a bit of warmth. Decent enough.

Ambar oscura, muy limpia. Espuma blanquecina poco duradera. Arona a malta tostada, notas de madera y café. En boca es ligera, algo oleosa, punzante de gas sin molestar. Amargor escaso. Buen sabor de maltas acarameladas, con notas de café.
