500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Hop-grain mixed aroma has fruity notes of orange juice-soaked carrot cake, a bready touch, minimally herbal hoppy overtones. Taste is fresh hoppy with unspecific fruity touch, flattering sweetish grainy, bready, carrot cake; light body, minimally thin and watery. Very drinkable, the sweetness is just within the limits of properness. Bartlebier’s appraisal, "near-Franconian in character", is absolutely correct.

500ml bottle. Clear, ruby red glowing, darkbrown colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Grainy-spicy, dark malty aroma, herbal hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet dark malty, hints of malt lozenge, grainy residues, a minimally earthy and nuttily touch, dry grassy and minimally herbal hoppy overtones. Well balanced, very drinkable, nice.

500ml bottle. Clear, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, flat aroma. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, some malt-spiciness, grassy hoppy overtones. Nice spiciness.

500ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, off-white head. Fruity, wheaty aroma, notes of peach and banana, a bready, malty touch, cautious herbal hoppy overtones, very cautious peppery yeasty flavours, a touch of egg. Taste is moderately sweet wheat malty, fruity, watery hints of banana, peach and red currant, neutral bready substance; dry finish, very smooth and soft palate. Very nice combination of fruit notes; slightly flat and therefore less refreshing than proper for the Hefeweizen-style’s potential.
