Bouteille( as Willinger Hell): Golden, almost clear, small but stable white head; moderate sweetish-bitter grainy-dusty nose with some pale-malty spots, some grassy-herbal hops in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour , light to medium bodied with a slight tartness; drier grassy-bitter finish. Not too bad, but unfortunately a typical Sauerland-Pils...

Frischer malzig herber Antrunk, mild karamellig, kein Hopfen. Zunehmend getreidig, dabei bleibt das Karamellmalz konstant. Rund, süffig. Nett! 8/9/8/8/8/8

0.5 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before March 2017. Clear, dark red with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel and red fruits. Rather sweet, malty, almost sugary, slightly fruity taste of caramel, lots of red fruits and a touch of molasses, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally grassy finish. Medium to full body, oily, almost syrupy mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Rather unusual Märzen, tastes more like a Bock, but I like it!

Lahev: Amber coloured, hazy, bigger persistent, creamy and lacy, tanned head, mild to moderate - more dry than sweet - toasty and caramelly nose, presumably some berries and some nuts underneath; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, pretty soft; slightly lingering dryish bitter-toasty finish with caramelly and even ashy traces. Well made kind of bottom-fermented Porter...
