Аромат мне показался просто ужасным и отвратительным, натурально воняет носками. Цвет приятный, темно-янтарный. Пена очень быстро спала. Вкус солодовый, с легкой ноткой какой то непонятной мне карамелью. Действительно странно и необычно. Имеется легкая горчинка. В целом по вкусу пиво необычное, но не сказать что бы я хотел снова его купить.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Robustly malty aroma with caramel and bittering hop. Some toffee, bittersweet flavour. Rich malt profile, what's not to love? Fine beer for sure.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear amber brown with small off white head. Malty aroma with caramel, nuts, fairly hoppy with grassiness and spice. Taste again, a decent malt base with a bitter and spicy hop. Good.

Bottle at Hövels Hausbrauerei, Dortmund: Clear dark brown colored brew with an red glow. The taste is mostly dry bitter with an minimal off sweetness, hints of roasted malts and some caramel.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish brown, with medium grained cream foam. Aroma is malty, caramel. Body is slightly denser than usual, with a nice carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is average.

1 l growler from the brewpub. Almost clear, very dark ruby to black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite fruity aroma of raisins, raspberry, caramel and chocolate. Gently sweet, malty, moderately, slightly roasty taste of chocolate, caramel, toasted nuts, raisins and raspberry, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent brew, unexpectedly fruity, somewhat monotonous though.
