500ml bottle. Clear brown with huge frothy off-white head. Slightly sweet nuttily aroma with an unpleasant goulash note. Monotonous taste is malt dominated, but lacks real intensity and is therefore somewhat undefinable.

(bottle) Hazy, dark brown colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Sweet and slightly toasted malty aroma with notes of molasses, leather, caramel and a subtle berry-fruity touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly molassy and toasty malty base with leathery and slightly leafy notes and shades of hops in the background; moderately sweet and slightly toasted bitter finish. Pleasant. 03.II.12

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very dark, almost black, nice head. Starts mild, more and more spicy-malty, modest roasty. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Nice.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, mild grains and some herbal notes as well. Flavour is quite the same with also some mild bitter grassy hops.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Slightly hazy, golden color with a white head. Unpleasant skunky aroma with some bready notes at first. Flavor is bread and grainy malt. Dry finish. Below average kellerbier.
