Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light roasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malt extract alike. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110903]

50cl bottle. Poured dark brown with a steady lacing head. Rye and bready malty aroma. Flavor is similar, bread and rye notes, weak caramel, dryish finish. Nothing special really.

Weich malzig-herber Antrunk mit Betonung auf das Malz. Leider steigert sich das Bier nicht sondern wird stattdessen scheächer, das Malz scheint auszutrocknen, liefert währenddessen aber noch angenehme, wenn auch etwas bittere Röstnoten. So bildet sich zum Ende die Bitterkeit heraus, das Röstmalz ist nun unpassend im Hintergrund passiert und harmonisiert nicht mit dem bitteren Aroma. Weicher Schluss. Zu disharmonisch. 10/9/8/8/7/8

Bottled. Very deep ambery brown colur, small beige head. Aroma is hops, grass, fruity notes, bready notes mild yeasty and herbal notes as well. Flavour is wooden, bready and a bit saltwatery.

Dark copper color, small white head. Toasted sugar, some apple, grassy notes. Dry woody hoppy flavor, some brown sugar, aftertaste is dry and hoppy. Not really a Schwarzbier, more like a dunkel or dark Landbier.

Bottled. Deep golden colour, not much head. Aroma is wood, some rubber as well as mild fruity notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Not very pleasant.

Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): Deep golden, hazy, mid-sized fluffy head, quite quickly diminishing; ripe bananas and some lemons in the aroma with some wheaty-phenolic undertones and a tinge of yeast deep down; moderate to solid sweetish-sourish flavour, medium bodied; shorter fruity-sourish finish. Decent and refreshing............

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, white cream. Spicy, a bit candied ginger in the nose. Dry, spicy weissbier - clove and ginger. Medim to light body, sugar on the palate, sligthly perfumed exit.

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Golden ,low head. Herbal hop nose, a bit citric, a hint diacetyl, slight sugar. Medium body, sparkly mouthfeel. Fruity base, a bit fat, herbal and grassy hop counter. Good.
