Description
We are a husband and wife team with a passion for beer and brewing. Inspired by our travels around the West Coast of America, Japan and New Zealand we aim to bring modern small batch beers in kegs and cans to the local market and beyond.

We are based in the Fylde countryside, close to our hometown of Lytham.

All our beers are brewed using traditional methods on modern equipment. We do not filter any of our beers, we allow time, patience and the best ingredients to create amazing beers.

Once our beers are kegged and canned they are stored in our custom built cold store at 4c to maintain perfect condition.

2026 Clitheroe Beer Festival #8. Deeper copper-amber coloured. First bit of malt experienced at the fest, a gentle bitter, flavoursome within its style, with a sessionable texture. Quite hoppy too.

Wigan Beer Festival 2026, Beer#26. Cloudy yellow keg pour. This one has pretty accurate tasting notes, with citrus abundant and the Nectaron hops bringing a more exotic touch to its fruitiness, all best in aroma.

South Fylde Beery Day Out Beer#3. Lighter golden with an active carbonation and a dryish texture. An initial fruity blast makes way for a crisp hoppiness as things progress. Always fruity in aftertaste with a hint of passionfruit.

Beer Number #19 tried at the Clitheroe Beer Festival 2025. Pale gold, first and only key keg purchased. Hopped, tropical fruit, lots of sugars too, very heavy mix, especially with a bubbly texture. Maintains decent enough tropical fruit flavours albeit slightly dirty tasting.

Deadication beer to Elias Ashmole, the 17th Century man with many interests and professions, nowadays lending his name to the Ashmolean Museum, died on this day in 1692. This beer is Blackpoolean, or at least found there. Golden with a carbonation. Very steady helles, decent without being outstanding, hoppy to an extent.
