Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a cloudy reddish-pink color with a thin pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of wheat, berries and malt. Light-bodied with a mildly tart blackberry character and notes of wheat and bready malt. The finish is fruity with a berry aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/20/2016. Clear copper-amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops and caramel malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample during at Daily Growler Powell during the "5th Friday $5 Fest" on 04/29/2016. Dark brown color with a medium tan head that dissipates steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of toasted coconut, malt and chocolate. Medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, coconut and mild coffee. The finish is roasty with a malt and coconut aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and coffee. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, cocoa, mild coffee and a touch of hops. The finish is roasty with a chocolate malt aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Light to medium body with a mango-forward character with some resiny hops and malt in the background. The finish is fruity with a mango and hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the High Gravity Hullabaloo on 02/06/2016. The beer pours black with some brown around the edges, and a medium tan head that diminishes steadily to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, dark chocolate and licorice. Full-bodied with flavors of dark malt, roasted coffee, chocolate and a bit of anise. The finish is roasty with a lingering malty aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
