Pours from the bottle a crystal clear pale golden color with a minimal head and sticky legs on the glass. Aroma of herbal honey, spice and fruit. Full-bodied with a sweet red fruit flavor and notes of cinnamon and vanilla. The finish is sweet honey and spiced fruit. Good Mead all around.

Glass at the Meadery. Pours a clear reddish-purple color with bubbles around the edges and decent legs. Aroma of berries and spice. Full-bodied with flavors of blackberry, honey and spices. The finish is fruity with a lingering berry aftertaste. Above average overall.

Light-bodied with a mildly bitter herbal hops flavor with some roast malt behind it. The finish is lightly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
