A yellow, murky beer, a head is small and blond. Aroma is weird, wheat, some sweet frutiness, some spices. Taste has the same overriped and sweet fruitness as in the aroma, quite sweet. Medium bodied, almost without carbonation. Weak beer, too sweet and too weird for hefe.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Marcin, shared with colleagues. Pours hazy orange amber color with thin creamy off-white head and fair lacing. Aroma of fruits, honey, caramel, rubber and some sulphur. Tastes mild malty and fruity with rather dry mouthfeel and bitter finish. Light to medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Plain and relatively tasteless...

50cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark amber colour with a mid-sized good lacing light beige head. aroma of resinous hops, citrus, toasted malt. Taste is very hoppy, peaches, citrus, toasted malt, melons, slightly yeasty, interesting!

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności 27.01.2016, temperatura degustacji 12 stopni +, szkło edel. Aromat: praktycznie brak typowych nut altowych, w głównej roli wędzonka szynkowa, przyjemna, jest dym. Piana: biała lekko przybrudzona, niska, szybko znika do zera. Barwa: ciemna głęboka miedz, klarowne. Smak: czuć delikatną słodowość która szybko przechodzi w wytrawność, to wszystko jakby w tle wędzonki naprawdę dobrze wyczuwalnej, goryczka średnia do niskiej (nie chce mi się wierzyć że to 50 ibu) poza tym średnio pełne, bardzo pijalne, sesyjne, nasycenie średnie, gładkie, alk niewyczuwalny. Według mnie bardzo udana wariacja alta, i tak należy oceniać.

bottle from Browarium Sklepy Piwne. Deep red-brown colour, small off-white head, quickly collapsing. Smoky nose. Medium-bodied, pleasantly sweet malty base with good smokey flavours and a nice, earthy hoppy character. At first my impression was that it was quite close to a Franconian Rauchbier, but the Altbier character is also there. Biter-sweet, shy fruity hints and a quite impressive bitter hoppy finish. Not so sure about the Rauch-Sticke-Alt, but I don’t care - this is delicious!

Butelka 0.5l (09.03.2016). Piwo klarowne o bursztynowo-pomarańczowej barwie, praktycznie bez piany z cienkiem biało-szarym pierścieniem wokół ścianek szkła. Aromat słodkawy, pieprzowy (kolorowy pieprz), ziołowy. W smaku ziołowa goryczka, długa i zalegająca i nie do końca przyjemna ze słodkawym, sztuczno-perfumowanym, posmakiem na finiszu. Piwo jest stosunkowo lekkie jednak ziołowe klimaty nie współgrają ze sobą przez co piwo jest nieco męczącena dłuższą metę i w pewnym stopniu przypomina Południcę a to nie najlepiej a brak wysycenia powoduje, że pije się jak kolorową wodę. Nazwa sugeruje zdecydowanie co innego niż dostałem po wypiciu tego piwa. Jedno ze słabszych piw z Kraftwerku, niestety.

50cl bottle @olutexpo 2015. Deep amber, thick white head. Citrusy, spicy, floral aroma. Flavor has sweetness, citrus, caramel. Really floral.
