Panda at home from SHIG. A light hazed straw yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, gummy bear, little sheepy funk, light eye, pineapple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, clean apple, gummy bears, apple sweets. Palate is semi sweet, little thin, powdery carbonation. Decent.

14/2/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours lively pale gold with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of funky apple, sulphur, liver salts, light sour unripened rhubarb, touch of vanilla custard. Medium sweetness, very light tartness. Moderate body, fizzy carbonation. Love rhubarb but wasn't a big fan of this.

13/2/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear pale red with a small frothy white head. Big jammy stewed fruit aroma, blackberry, raspberry, plummy, touch medicinal. Quite heavy sugared sweetness, expected a tart edge which wasn't there. Moderate body, quite fizzy carbonation. Nice aroma but a little too sweet for me.

Bottle: Poured a yellow with white bubble head. Aroma is apple, light rhubarb. Taste is apple, rhubarb, mixed well but not overpowering.

Danke an minutemat. Stark apfeliger Beginn, dabei harmonisch süß-trocken. Zum Mittelteil deutlich trockener werdend, vollmundig fruchtig bleibend. Süffig, roter Apfel, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Lecker! 9/11/10/10/9/10

500ml bottle 5.2%, from trade thanks to minutemat. Cheers Mat! Orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foamy head and aroma of fruity apple, light funky, with a caramel hint. Taste is juicy apple, some apple core & skin, bittersweet with earthy funk and light tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Keg up the Black Boy Inn. Pours clear pale yellow with no head. Gentle carbonation. Aromas of sour sharp apples. Taste is dry, light sour tang. Dry finish.

Bottle, many thanks minutemat! Slightly hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma is wild and rustic, red apple skin. Taste is funky, tanninic, quite sweet red apples, caramel, a bit candied, mineralic. Tanninic finish. Medium carbonation. A stunning Cider, both sweet and very wild!

500ml bottle from Stori Beer & Wine, Bala. Pours clear gold, sparkling. Light fleshy aroma. Nice rich golden cider taste with soft furry tannins. Well-balanced fruity taste with a mild dry finish. Very nice.
