Nice sourish fresh beginning. Hints of alcohol, smooth, with sourish hints, nice fresh sour apples but not too deep. Round, fresh, smooth but sessionable but not too deep. Nice though.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, golden yellow with a soapy, white layer. Sourish-fruity aroma of apples, some straw and oak. Moderately sour, fruity and dry taste of apples, straw and some oak, followed by a medium long, rather tart and woody-dry finish. Thin body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very nice!

75cl bottle. Klare goldgelbe Farbe, geringe weiße schaumkrone. Geruch trocken fruchtig, nicht zu süße reife Äpfel. Geschmack nach süßen reifen Äpfeln, Vanille, leicht trocken, gut!

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, golden yellow with a soapy, white layer. Sourish-fruity, very fruity and a bit funky aroma of green apples, lots of oak and a touch of pear. Moderately sour, very fruity and minimally funky taste of green apples, oak and some funk, followed by a medium long, moderately tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, moderately astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very nice!

Süßlich apfeliger Beginn, etwas in Richtung Saft gehend. Dann aber alkoholisch, spritzig, noch gut trinkbar. Die Süße wird etwas stärker, die Karbonisierung ist vergleichsweise gering. Nett. 10/9/9/9/7/9

Das Gemisch ist ähnlich Cola-intensiv wie das Black-Ap, allerdings setzt die trockene Apfelnote früher ein. Geringe Herbe, die Süße wirkt stärker als beim Black-Ap. Süffig, unauffällig. Okay. 7/7/8/8/9/8

Klarer Cola lastiger Start. Dabei hält sich die Süße angenehm zurück, ab dem Mittelteil werden trocken-säuerliche Apfelnoten erkennbar. Spritzig, süffig. Zum Ende süßer. Okay. 7/8/8/8/6/8
