Can. Pale golden beer with a whitish head. Spice and light malt aroma. Mineral and spice flavor with grass. Medium bodied. Mineral and grass linger with light spice.

Clear, vibrant, medium gold, everlasting lace in a goblet at sin nombre in Chula with my lovely wife.
Floral pine nose, dried pineapple with a bit of dank; inviting.
Nicely frothy, nutty, strong herbal in front, astringent white pith in the back. Lovely grapefruit hops. Incredibly dry.
Good++.

On my second flight at The Rocket In (the bar inside Whole Foods Market, Laguna Niguel) on 27th March 2025. All four beers looked the same, clear golden bodies with wispy white heads on each, luckily the beers were labelled and tasted different (just). Subtle white wine nose and undertone below the citrusy flavours that dominate the taste and aroma of this fruity brew.
