Helsinki Brewing Company is a gypsy brewing project started in 2016. Brewing unique one time beers. A project started by Heikki Uotila, the mastermind behind Sori beers, to brew recipes that would otherwise be left in the recipe book.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. Bottled 30082020. Color is slightly cloudy brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Bread, pine, some caramel, some hops and malts. Bready amber ale.

Bottled 330ml (S-Market Pori)
Dark copper colour, small steady beige head. Spices, berries, caramel, rye in the nose. Light-bodied. Grass, bitterness, crystal malts in the flavour. A bit watery. Nice hoppyness in the aftertaste. Decent.

Smell of rye, grass, some spices. Red copper colour, beige head. Aroma of hops, vegetables, some spices. Lively carbon. Medium bitter. Somewhat messy flavours.

An orange beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has fruitnesss, not it's a pure, some glue and hint of strawberries. Taste has fruitness, strawberries, some bitterness without aromatic notes. Medium bodied. Unpure.

Bottled 330ml (Alko web)
Amber-golden colour, small steady white head and some lace. Citrus and berries in the nose (strawberry?). Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Flavour is similar: some citrus, tropical fruits and strawberry. Kind of untypical to Sori berryness in this IPA.

Tap @ Sori Taproom. Poured hefeweizen looks. Spicy notes, some clove and yesst. Mild funk. Flavor has spiciness, wheat and yeast. Strange.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190510) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was light bodied and watery with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, clove and bitterness. Aftertaste watery and bitter. A weak hefeweizen.
