Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. clear light golden, white head. Malty, bready aroma. Similar flavour with a nice spicy herbal note. Nice.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, hops, grass and has a sweet malty finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter flavor. Light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear golden, white head. Mild wheaty and yeasty aroma, very light spicy notes. fruity, yeasty flavour. Light yeasty spice and a touch of banana.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, hops, grass, yeast and has a nice bitter finish.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear amber, small offwhite head. Malty aroma, faint nutty notes. Caramely, malty flavour, light fruity notes. Can't find any of the promised roasted things. Not really a brown ale.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate malty and light hoppy flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.
