Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Cear pale yellow with a tiny white head. Rather tart apple notes. A little thin-bodied, very tart and dry apple accents with a dry finish. Clean and straight. 200210

Bottle, 4%. Weak apple aroma. Very pale yellow colour. The flavour has some apple, but only just. A little acidic. Not a lot of flavour. Semi-dry.

Bottle 275ml. clear glass bottle @ home.Clear light light yellow color with a virtually none head. Aroma is light apple, elderflower. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. Okay when it is cider cold, but when it get warmed up then it gets ;O( [20090415]

Bottle. A clear, straw colored cider with some white bubbles on top. Some sulphur in the aroma, along with apples, yeast and some flowery notes. Weak. The flavor is a bit on the sweetside, with apples and a white wine-like sourness. That goes for the finish too. Medium to thin mouthfeel, quite dryish. Not a bad cider, like many of the industrial ones, but rather boring and uninteresting. (090412)

bottle, 33cl. clear golden. no head, but quite sparkling. very dry aroma. definetly not a dominant mature apple or pear juice flavor, reminds me more of a dry white wine. nice. flavor is dry, souracid, white wine , gren grapes, sugar, apples. palate is okay, it’s not watery or weird. overall a more complex cider than the sommersby i just tasted, which resembled apple juice a lot more. dryish and not so sweet makes it quite refreshing. my 2nd cider rating.
