Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, elderflower. Taste is appley, elderflowery, apple core, boiled lollies, with some sweetness and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying finish. Quite OK.

Clear golden. Mild yellow apple aroma. Sweet apple flavour, light bodied.

I am not an expert of cider, but I have found this one rather pleasant and classical. This beverage is really sweet, sugar, fruity, side of apple, a bit artificial, sparkling and refreshing even if these days are really rainy and fresh, 05.06.2020, drinking it at Epalinges, purchased in one coop.

A nice product for the summer, on the terrace at Bonfol, two days ago. In my point of view, it is a regular cider, sparkling with notes of apple and a generous sweetness with the pear, a bit sour, not bad, 04.08.2020, buying it in one coop.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a fizzy, dissipating white head. Dry and somewhat greasy apple aroma. Medium body, sweet yet discreet apple notes with a faint tartness. Quite fizzy. A bit like a sweet, cheap white wine. 121024
