Bottle 0.5l in Hafenkneipe, Zürich. Cloudy, yellow to gold colored. AROMA- apple must. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly sour, apple must. Medium bodied. Nice, full cider.

1.5l PET bottle from my local SPAR. Clear pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is quite clear and refined apple juice, sweet-sour. Taste is sweet-sour apple, rather green, nice balance and a mineraly touch in the back. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Better than expected, surprisingly I like this better than the unfiltered one.

5/8/2019. Sample from bottle courtesy of minutemat. Pours very pale gold with bubbles on the glass but with no head. Light aroma of medium sweet apples with a little tannic acid and sulphur. Medium plus sweetness and minimal tartness. Moderate body and slight oily texture with average carbonation.
