Das Bockbier vom Aichinger, vom Faß im Brauereigasthof in Heiligenstadt i.OFr. - Goldbraun, klar. - In der Nase schweres karamelliges Malz. - Antrunk schwach rezent und sämig nussig-karamelmalzig mit fetter sirupartiger Süße, ausbalanciert durch gar nicht knappe aber durch die Malzsüße ausgebremste hopfenwürzige und orangenbittere Hopfung. Ölig im Mund, schnapsig alkoholisch. Satt hopfenbitterer Abgang. - Ölig schwerer, wuchtig aromatischer Bock. Großartig. (18.11.2023.)

Tap, Kirwa Heiligenstadt, @ the brewery. Malt and a hint of hay in the aroma. Malty flavor, floral hops. Grassy notes. Well hopped beer. Long grassy hopbitter finish. Hint of salt. Very nice!

Tap during Kirwa @ the brewery, also tasted several times in a hotel in Veilbronn. Deep golden color. Malty floral aroma. Malty bready floral, slightly metallic flavor. Well hopped. Long grassy hopbitter finish. Full bodied. Good!

Amber with little white head. Aroma is juicy malt with some alcoholic citrus pips, slight smoke and gummy bears. Taste is juicy malt sweetness with fresh spiky sourness on top. Not smooth, although nice to drink. Ok.

Bottle. Dark amber, offwhite head. Minerally grassy, green tea nose. Medium light sugary malt base, light caramel and powdered sugar, seaweed, green leafy notes, ok bitter finish. Funny.

Bottle. Amber color with small off-white head. Aroma is floral, pale malts, honey, slightly oxidized, leafy in the back. Taste is again oxidized, caramel, a bit dusty. Medium carbonation. Not very good.

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Biscuity, mildly bready malty aroma with notes of caramel, subtle fruity accents, honey and a tinge of floral hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly bready malty base with notes of biscuits, caramel and subtle fruity accents, as well as floral and delicately spicy hops; quite rounded sweet-bitter finish with notes of caramel and mildly hoppy spice.
