Can at the DCBeer May share. Poured a dark orange-red color. Almost still. Aroma was big cranberry, light raspberry. Apple. Sweet. Nice ocean spray character. I haven't had Ocean spray in forever. Cranberry and some zesty orange finish.

Couleur pourpre, trouble moyen, pas de col.
Arôme sur un bouquet plutôt acerbe rendant bien le côté pomme verte mais repris en rétro-nasal par un apport de canneberge qui confère un bouquet presque boisé de baies, et délicatement floral) le tout avec un fin effluve d’orange pressée.
Palais est assez épais pour un cidre avec une belle note acerbe des pommes, le tout est sec et pétillant dont un agréable caractère de la canneberge (finement aigre et de baies) et une fine douceur latente de l’orange qui se retrouve plus en retrait mais apportant néanmoins une certaine douceur. La pomme parvient cependant à bien tirer son épingle du jeu.
