750ml bottle. Orangey golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of baked apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, with musty funk and some tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda from danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear mid gold with no head. Aroma: apple skins & flesh, mild funk. Taste: light sharp, tart, tangy, bittersweet, citrus, citric, drying finish. Medium body with low/no carbonation.

31/5/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is juicy apple, damp wood, slightly mucky, earthy, dusty, sulphur. Evolved well. Tangy, tart and drying. Subtle sweetness. Decent.

Taste is tart, tangy, appley, fleshy, alittle funk, citrusy, sharp, drying with acidity. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, dry zingy citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
