Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours nearly clear very dark ruby / copper brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and molasses. Sweetish flavour of yeast, malt and caramel, with bitter notes of hops and roast. Estery and mildly roasty aftertaste with acidic hints. Drinkable.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear pale gold with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with malty notes and very faint hoppy hints. Bitetr, hoppy flavour with papery and sweetish notes of yeast and malt. Papery and bitterish aftertaste. Well, go on hunting hares, Leave me be.
