Very pale yellow gold. Flat and clear. The aroma has some nice flavor. Fairly appley but more juicy than anything terribly complex. Taste is flat and feels a bit watery. You can taste the brandy mix. Starts with off apple sweetness. Some booze. Just a flat meh flavor overall. Flat, light feel. Not bad but not up to other ice ciders.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma has a medium light sweet apple note. Some light brandy notes with light oak. Medium light alcohol notes. Pours a super clear, bright yellow gold. Still so no carbonation or head. Moderately long legs. Flavor is moderately sweet with some alcohol heat. Some moderate alcohol notes with light honey. Medium light oak. Some lingering alcohol with a bit of apple. Light vanilla. Mouthfeel is full bodied with no carbonation. Low astringency and medium alcohol warmth. Overall, not an amazing ice cider. Too much alcohol and not enough apple notes. Tastes like a mix of alcohol and cider as opposed to a nice ice cider.

Corked bottle from Whole Foods
Measured Final Gravity: 1022

Yellow color. Semi-sweet cider, with moderate acidity, and definitively no depth typical of good Ice Ciders; given the high price tag (27 USD, 30 CAD), this is not an interesting product.

Bottle - Nice apple notes with lots of Apple peel. Clear gold. Lots of Apple peel and a dry finish. A bit boring and plain compare to the east coast, but OK.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is dry and floral, with dry apples and a musty quality. Flavour is quite musty, with earthy notes, medium sweet apples, and light floral hops. Very well-balanced. The musty floral notes are situated well and in gold harmony with the apples. Nice.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings out fresh apricots, with subtle apple acidity underneath. Flavour is really bright, with fresh apricots upfront. Low acidity, with a wonderful incorporation of apricots. Very nice.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a clear bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is quite earthy and musty, with dry apples in there. Flavour is quite cheap tasting, with medium sweetness, musty notes, and light wild notes. Fairly perfumey but well-incorporated. Decent.
