Bottle pours out crisp straw color. Nose is booze some apple and more booze. Taste is more of the nice sweet booze notes light apple and some heat.

500ml bottle at Brian's. Pours a clear brown with a weak white head. Aroma is slightly sweet pastry cherries. Taste is similar with apple notes. Nice.

Light cherry and some cooked apple. Deep clear ruby with a small white head. Baked cherry pie with a light apple note. Lots of pastry notes.

Ultra boozy nose, tastes like watery bourbon. Burns my nose and all. Not a semblance of smooth here. How's that song go? Set fire to the rain? This is that but with cider. Did not go well the next morning either. -.5

On tap. Pours a clear gold with no head. Sweet fruity aroma of apple and dried apricot. Sweet fruity flavour of apple, dried apricot and white wine with a crisp, tart, bone dry, slightly acidic finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. One dimensional, but ok.

On tap at Portland Cider, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny head. Aroma brings out subtle bourbon and a touch of dry peaches. Flavour is quite sweet and juicy, with a subtle bourbon character and juicy peaches. Fairly sweet but there's a lot going on. Enjoyable.
