CBC Blue Session 2016. Hazy, pale yellow with white head. Slightly tart, citrus aroma and taste with hay, grapes and gooseberries. Light and tart finish. I’d love this on a hot summer’s day.

CBC. Slightly hazy pale yellow with no head. Aroma is malt, malt, baking yeast, lemon and funk. Flavour is malt, baking yeast, funk, lacto, lemon, little dry, little sweet and a little bitter.

Draft at Churchkey during Savor Week. Clear deep golden color, solid white head with good retention and lacing. Nice tropical fruit aroma. Taste is bittersweet fruit, nicely balanced.
