Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Grapefruit and light tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and grapefruit linger.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark amber with a whitish head. Aroma of pine and sweet malt. Med + body. Flavor is pine citrus with a slightly roasty backbone. Finishes fruity pine and not quite dry.

On draught at Harry’s Hofbrau. Overt lemon, citrus and tropical hop aroma. Pours a clear, golden orange with full white head that billows and remains throughout. Taste follows the hop aroma profile with moderate malt backbone. Bitterness is slightly sharp, but otherwise a very tasty offering.

Tap @ Aptos. Rated from notes. Pours clear golden amber with a medium white head that laces well. Aroma is tropical fruit, pine needles, dank and exotic. Flavor follows, medium sweet, medium bitter, dank and tropical. Medium plus body, a bit oily. ABV masked almost too well.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and pine aroma. Sweet caramel and light smoke flavor with grapefruit and pine. Medium-plus bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with sweet caramel. Not enough of a bite and way too much sweet caramel for me.

3 finger cream head. Golden really nice appearance. Very crisp. Dank pine with apples. Insanely bitter. Lots of sweet crystal malt at the finish. Very piney and a touch of allspice and cloves

Off gold hazy no head. Nose is juicy and sweet. Loads of citrus. Great mouthfeel. Nice texture insanely bitter. You get a touch of alcohol booze with grapefruit acidity. Grassy but odd bandaid finish. Interesting beer. Wish it tasted better than the nose.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours golden amber with a white head. Aroma is fruity/resin. Med body or better. Flavor is very dank hop with a little smoke. The combo confuses my brain. Getting a "burnt rubber" interpretation. Which doesn’t seem to be a bad thing. Hoppy as all heck. Finishing bitter.
