Draft @ SF Beer Week Opening Celebration 2013, Concourse Exhibition Center, San Francisco, CA. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy piney caramel aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter piney caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter piney finish.

From a tulip @ Beer Revolution. Nothing redeeming about this beer. The aroma is that of rotten apples - sulphuric and cidery. No malt character and no acidity or funk in the aroma. Pours a cloudy copper color with little to no head retention of its pinkish white head. Flavor is lacking as well. There is no acidity and the only funk is that of rotting fruit. No wheat character present in flavor and very low bitterness. Slight astringency in the finish. Overall I guess the mouthfeel is pleasant - nicely carbonated. I'm glad this was a 10oz pour though ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
